Resetting Your Dashboard / Website Login Password

Overview

Two password reset options exist:

1. From inside your dashboard

2. From the login page (Forgot Password)

Option 1: Reset Password from Dashboard

1. Go to Manage Profile → Reset Password.

2. Enter:

   • Old Password

   • New Password

   • Confirm New Password
     (Page 9 shows the screen.)

3. Click Submit.

Option 2: Reset Password from Login Page

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password. (Page 9)

2. Enter your registered email.

3. Check email for password reset link.
   (Shown on Page 10 – includes email example and reset form.)

4. Click the link and set a new password.

Confirmation

You’ll see:
“Password changed. You can now login with your new password.”

Troubleshooting

• If no reset email is received: check Spam.

• Reset link expired: request a new one.
