Do I need to sign any documents before I start trading?
No documents are to be signed as the sign up process is completely electronic. Before you start trading you are to upload a copy of your ID and proof of address. Documents can be uploaded in the members’ cabinet.
What licenses does Capital Street FX have?
Capital Street Bancclear corporation is incorporated, authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (SVG).
Is Capital Street FX a tax agent?
Capital Street FX is an online broker offering trading services via an electronic trading platform in currencies, commodities, stocks, bonds, indices and ETFs. We DO NOT provide any service or advice related to taxes of any kind. We do not charge/pay/manage/advise on any kind of taxes in any capacity whatsoever.
Do you have any restrictions on working with the citizens of any countries?
Our systems are restricted from doing business with countries and individuals that may be under any international and/or local sanctions or watchlists. You can register for an account and if the list of countries goes through your country, then everything should be fine.
How does Capital Street FX make a profit?
Capital Street FX generates revenue from commissions (ECN accounts only) and spreads applied on trades made on the trading platform.
What is your server time?
The server’s time is EDT. You can change the platform’s settings to your time zone or set a custom time zone.
What are your trading hours?
The market is open to trade 24 hours a day, from Monday to Friday. Trading stops at 17.20 hours EDT on Friday and resumes at 18.00 hours EDT on Sunday every week. While trading is open 24 hours a day, certain markets do not trade the full 24 hours. The opening and closing times of such markets can be seen under the column called NT Interval (Non Trading Interval) in the instruments window of the trading platform.
When is technical support available?
Technical support is available 24/7 by email.
Can I request a callback from client support?
Yes, you can request a call back. Our support team will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.
Does Capital Street FX offer trader training?
Yes, all traders are offered personal training, ebooks, videos and webinars, as well as 1-on-1 training and educational sessions, with our experienced market experts/analysts and traders.
What is the Members’ Cabinet?
The members’ area is your own secure back-office, where you can perform/submit requests for various administrative tasks. These include accessing/editing your personal information, requesting for bonuses, changing your leverage, accessing and using your own marketing suite and monitor your trading account, as well as your activity as an IB. From the members’ area you can login to the web trader platform, download the desktop and mobile applications and request withdrawals and process deposits.
How do I register for the Member Area?
To gain access to the member’s area, you need to complete your account registration. You will then be taken directly to your Members’ Area. You will also be emailed login details for accessing your client/member area in the future. You can login to your member area from the top right corner of the home page from the website.
How do I sign in to my Members’ Area?
Upon account registration you will be sent an email confirmation with the login details for your Members’ Area. You can sign in via the link in your email or directly from the home page at www.capitalstreetfx.com
I can’t sign in to my Personal Area. What can I do?
You can request a password reset from here.
What should I do if I can’t remember which email address and phone number I used to register?
If you are having difficulties remembering which email you have registered with, contact our support team and we will help you retrieve your password.
No email was sent to me during account registration. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If an email has not been delivered, contact a member of the support team to confirm the exact email address you have registered with. In case you have provided a wrong/invalid email, it is best to register again with a working email id.
What is a Basic Account?
A Basic Account is the entry-level account type designed for new traders who want to start with smaller deposits and simpler trading features.
What is a Classic Account?
A Classic Account offers more flexibility and benefits compared to a Basic Account, suitable for traders who have some experience in the markets.
What is a Professional Account?
A Professional Account is designed for advanced traders, providing lower spreads, better execution speed, and higher leverage options.
What is a VIP Account?
A VIP Account is reserved for high-volume or premium clients and comes with exclusive benefits, tighter spreads, and priority support.
What is an ECN Account?
An ECN Account provides direct market access with raw spreads and commission-based trading. You may contact our support team to know more about ECN accounts.
How do I ensure that the funds in my account are safe?
Capital Street maintains a strict segregation of clients’ funds in segregated client accounts, in complete distinction from the company’s proprietary capital and funds. We only work with payment service providers that are fully regulated, thereby ensuring that client funds are always held with institutions that have deposit insurance as well as solid capital reserves. Further, we are required by regulatory authorities to maintain Operating Capital Reserves on Deposit depending on the amount of business conducted by our clients.
My email account has been hacked and I use email confirmation. What should I do?
Contact our support team immediately to restrict access to your trading account. Once that is done, we will setup a new account for you with your new email address. We will then transfer your funds into the new account where you can resume safe trading.

Please Note: It is the sole responsibility of clients to ensure that their account access details are kept safe. In the event of account security being compromised from the client end, any delay in informing Capital Street FX regarding malicious activity in your trading account and any losses caused due to such a delay would be the sole responsibility of the client. We would only be able to secure a client account after being informed that the account has been compromised.
How do I know that my financial/payment account information is safe with Capital Street FX?
We do not store or record any payment method data/information that is submitted by a client during the funding of an account. Our website, backoffice, client area and trading platform are secured with the most robust security measures including 256-bit encryption and SSL certificates. All deposit transactions are completed at the bank/payment provider’s gateway directly, which means we are not able to access any data related to the payment methods used.
What is the Members’ Cabinet?

How do I perform deposits and withdrawals?
You can deposit and request withdrawals from the Members’ Area. We accept all major credit and debit cards, local deposits, and bank wires to and from banks all over the world, as well as via Neteller and Skrill.
What is an Affiliates link?
The Affiliates link is your unique code, which when given to your friends, will identify them as your referrals. The link allows you to refer clients to Capital Street FX and place them in your IB account. You earn upto 75% in CPA and upto $20/lot in cash commissions for referring traders to us.
What is the Marketing tab for?
Under the Marketing tab you will find access to the full Marketing suite – including text links, banners and promotional page links, that allow you to recruit your clients as an IB/Affiliate.
What is the Tree tab for?
Under the Tree tab you will be able to monitor your referrals that have signed up with us, including their names and emails.
What is the Commissions tab for?
The commissions tab allows you to monitor the referral commissions that you have accumulated in your IB account based on commissions that are payable to you from the trading activity of clients recruited by you.
What is the Rank Change tab for?
From the Rank Change tab you can request to open various levels of IB accounts.
How is the account verified?
To verify your account, upload a copy of your ID and proof of address. If you are depositing by credit or debit card, a copy of your card is also to be uploaded.
How do I provide a document to establish my identity?
You can provide a copy of your ID, passport or driving license.
How do I establish my place of residence?
You can provide a copy of a utility bill or bank/card statement.
Is submission and verification of documents required?
Yes, in order to trade in your account, it is compulsory to verify your account. Therefore, you are required to upload a copy of your KYC documents as soon as possible after signing up.
Can I make deposits, trade, and withdraw funds without verifying my documents?
You are required to upload your documents before you make a deposit. Once your account is verified you can claim bonuses, make deposits, request withdrawals and trade.

Please Note: Capital Street FX follows a very rigorous KYC and Compliance policy as part of the regulatory requirements. Accounts that have not been verified and are trading without proper and full verification can face serious consequences including forfeiting of any profits/benefits/rebates that may have accrued into the account prior to full verification. Capital Street FX accepts no responsibility for any loss of such profits/benefits/rebates/income as a result of such forfeiture.
Why are my identity verification documents rejected?
You will be sent an email explaining the reason for your documents being rejected.
How do I change or recover my account’s trading password?
Open the Trading Terminal (desktop/web trader or mobile app) and click "Forgot My Password". You will be emailed the trading password for the account registered under your email.
Can I change my primary mobile number?
To change your mobile number, send us an email with the correct details to support@capitalstreetfx.com.
Can I change my email address?
The registered email address of an account cannot be changed. If you no longer have access to the email address that you have registered with, contact our support team. We will close your account, help you open a new one with the correct address, and internally transfer your funds between the old and the new account.
Can I change my account type?
Yes, all accounts are subject to an upgrade. Contact us via live chat and a member of the team will help you lower your spreads, increase your leverage and offer you the best trading conditions.
Can I change my account currency?
All accounts are in USD.
How can I block my trading account?
If you no longer need a certain account, contact us via live chat or email and we will help you disable the required account.
What is leverage and how do I change it?
The leverage by default is 1:100. To change it, go to your Members’ Area/Dashboard, click on your account number, and select "Change Leverage".

Fund Transfer in Trading Account

How can I make a deposit to my trading account?
To make a deposit, log in to your Members’ Area and go to the Deposit Funds Tab. Various payment methods such as credit/debit card, wire transfer, Neteller, or Skrill will be available.
Can I replenish my demo account?
Yes, you can replenish your demo account from your dashboard Accounts tab. Demo accounts are credited with $10,000 upon registration. Contact support to top up your demo balance.
What are the minimum and maximum deposit amounts?
The minimum deposit required is $50, and there is no maximum deposit limit.
How do I make a deposit using wire transfer?
Login to Members’ Area → Deposit Funds → Wire Transfers. Bank details will be displayed for completing the payment.
How do I make a deposit using my bank card?
Login → Deposit Funds → Card Payment. You’ll be redirected to a secure card payment gateway to complete your transaction.
How long does it take for funds to appear in my account?
Deposits via cards, Neteller, or Skrill are instant. Wire transfers or local deposits may take up to 5 business days to reflect.
How much is the commission on deposits?
All deposits are free from Capital Street FX. However, your bank may charge transfer or currency conversion fees.
The bank declined my credit/debit card. What should I do?
Please contact your card issuer to ensure international and online transactions are enabled, and that no blocks or limits are applied.
Can I deposit or withdraw funds on weekends or holidays?
Yes, requests can be made anytime. Processing will occur within 24 business hours.
I made a deposit but the funds are not showing. What should I do?
Please contact our support team with your payment confirmation. Card and e-wallet deposits are instant, but wire transfers may take up to 5 business days.
How can I withdraw funds?
Log in to your Members Area → Withdraw Funds tab → select the preferred method and submit your withdrawal request.
If I deposit funds via a specific payment system, can I withdraw via another?
No, withdrawals must be made via the same method used for deposit, as per AML regulations. Any extra profits can be withdrawn via bank wire.
How long does it take to receive a withdrawal?
Withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours. Card and e-wallet withdrawals take 1–3 days, while bank wires can take up to 5 business days.
Are there any withdrawal commissions?
Capital Street FX doesn’t charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply small processing fees depending on the method used.
Can I withdraw funds while having open positions?
Withdrawals are possible only if you maintain sufficient free margin. Large withdrawals may require closing open trades first.
How can I make an internal funds transfer?
Login → Members Area → Internal Transfer. Select the source and destination accounts, enter the amount, and submit your request.
When are internal transfers allowed?
Internal transfers are only available between accounts belonging to the same verified user, and when the funds are not under any bonus program.
Can I transfer bonus funds?
No, only free equity (funds not tied to bonuses or promotions) can be transferred between your accounts.
What happens if I entered the wrong account details?
If a wrong account number was entered, contact support immediately. Our team will assist you in reversing or reallocating the funds after verification.

How can I calculate the margin, swap and price of a point?
The used margin is displayed at the bottom of the platform at all times.
What types of order execution does the Capital Street FX use?
Capital Street FX offers Market and STP execution for Non-ECN accounts. Our bespoke traders can benefit from ECN execution. Contact us for more details.
How is the trading volume calculated for an account?
Trading volume is calculated in standard lots. 1 Standard Lot means either

A) $100,000 notional value(US Dollars Hundred Thousand Only) or

B) The notional value of the standard lot of the said product, as traded on the benchmark market.

The notional value of the lot shall be the value that is higher when comparing A) and B)

What are the trading commissions when trading in the Forex market?
All accounts are commission free except ECN accounts. Contact support to get details on ECN accounts.
What analytical tools does Capital Street FX offer?
You will be given daily technical analysis, market outlook, trade ideas and trade signals.
What is Stop Out and Margin Call?
Stop out means that your positions will begin closing once your equity drops to a low level. A 10% stop out means positions start closing once equity reaches 10% of balance.
What is the minimum and maximum transaction size?
The minimum trade size is 1 lot in non single-stock CFDs, 1 CFD for single stock CFDs.
Can I use scalping, pipsing, hedging (locking), advisors, and other trading strategies?
All trading strategies except hedging and arbitrage are allowed.
What is a swap-free account?
Accounts without swap, intended for traders who cannot pay/receive swaps due to beliefs. Provided to all traders except ECN accounts.
If a CFD on futures trade is terminated, how do I close the order?
You will be advised on how existing positions may be closed and by when. Official notification will be provided.
Does Capital Street FX offer precious metals trading?
Yes, you can trade a wide range of precious metals.
What should I do if get a “No connection” message?
Check internet, restart router, platform, or device.
How do I install Expert Advisors and indicators?
Go to Act FX Tab → Indicators & Strategies, select desired indicator/strategy and apply/run.
What happens if the transaction is executed on a non-market quote/spike?
If clearly an error, trade will be canceled once bad tick is removed.
Does the maximum amount of leverage depend on funds?
Yes, depends on deposit. Accounts with $1000 deposit have 1:100 leverage, with bonus funds up to 1:1000. Can request change in Members’ Area.

How do I become a company partner?
Login to your Members’ Area and select the Rank Change Tab. Request to upgrade your trading account to one of the available IB levels. You will then be contacted by a member of our IB support team to arrange the best commission plan to suit your business.
How do I find out who has signed up from my referral code?
Login to the Members’ Area and select the Tree tab. You will see the names and emails of your clients.
How to attract clients?
You can attract new clients by copying your referral codes found under the Marketing Tab. You will find various banners and text links to be included in your promotional campaigns.
How can I register a client using my partner link?
Once a client follows your link by clicking on it, their registration will automatically be linked under your IB account. You can monitor your sign ups under the Tree Tab in the Members’ Area.
How do I get a banner?
Various banners are placed under the Marketing Tab, in promotional banners. When using social media as your source of promotion, you can save the banners on your device and when uploading them in social media, embed the hyperlink for the respective banner. Each banner has its unique code leading to a different sign up page.
What is the frequency of partner rewards payouts?
Depending on the commission plan you have chosen the commissions/rebates can be paid daily or immediately upon your clients’ deposit. For full details, contact your IB support manager.
What commission plans can I chose from?
You can earn upto 75% CPA under the CPA plan, upto $20 per traded lot in the shared revenue plan, or a hybrid commission which is a mix between CPA and shared revenue.
Why didn’t I receive some (or all) of the payouts from my signed-up client(s)?
CPA commissions can be paid in cash or in credit. Depending on the plan you have chosen upon commencement of your IB program, commission is paid after certain volume is traded, or in cash if the immediate payment in cash is selected. For full details, contact your IB support manager.

ECN Queries

What do the terms ECN and STP mean? How can I access the interbank market?
ECN means electronic currency network and STP means straight through processing. Our platform provides you direct pricing and access to the Interbank Market in different forms (via prime brokers, liquidity providers or direct market access via an ECN account), depending on your account type.
What are the main advantages of the ECN system?
The ECN market and ECN accounts provide tighter trading conditions in return for flat fee commissions and larger minimum account sizes.
What is a prime broker?
A prime broker is a financial institution that provides wholesale liquidity and execution services for retail brokers like Capital Street FX.
How does the Capital Street FX generate profit on ECN accounts?
ECN accounts are subject to per trade commissions. Capital Street FX shares in those commissions.
What does it mean when trading participants are anonymous in the ECN system?
Execution remains unaffected by the identity of the trader (financial institution, bank, or individual).
Capital Street FX has several liquidity providers. How can you determine which one of them will execute a specific transaction?
The platform aggregates pricing and liquidity from all sources and executes the order at the best available price for the quantity requested.
If my transaction was opened with provider A, will it also be closed with provider A?
Not necessarily. Transactions are executed at the best bid-ask price available at the time, which may come from different sources.
Can an ECN account be swap-free?
Not at this moment.
Why is the commission size on ECN accounts twice of that indicated on the website?
The commissions indicated are for the notional value traded. For example, $10 per $100,000 means $20 for opening and closing 1 standard lot (approx.).

What is Scalping under Bonus Promotion
1. Scalping (Short Duration): Trades closed under 320 seconds (approx.) or trades closed below average/current spreads are considered scalp trades. Trades in rapid succession or small differences may be rebate churners. More Info

What is the term of the promotion
Bonus will remain in your account for a period of 30 days and risk-free trades for 60 days.
What will happen if I request to cancel the bonus or when my lot requirement is not met at the time of expiry of the bonus
User may request to cancel the bonus at any time. The available amount for withdrawal after cancellation will be:

Trading Condition and Charges

When margin call occur
If your equity drops beneath 50% of your margin requirement, all your open positions will be closed out within applicable trading hours, at the first price available for a market order.
Why all the open positions in my account closed during market close hours
When you have multiple open positions and one of your trades is going in huge loss and brings your equity/balance lower than 10% of your starting point, all positions in the account, regardless of their market operation hours, will close automatically due to stop out.
What will happen at stop out
A stop out is a signal that all active positions in the account will be closed automatically by the broker as your margin levels are too low to sustain the open positions. The Stop Out Level is meant to prevent you from losing more money than you have deposited.
What If I have multiple positions open
If at any point, the Margin Level drops below 100% of the margin required or equity falls below 10% of the starting level, there will be an auto liquidation of the position that has the largest unrealized loss. Positions are closed one by one until account equity reaches back to 10% of the starting point.
Quotes streaming or posted after the close of floor trading
Prices are posted outside hours only if there is a significant variation in the mark-to-market risk of any given instrument, caused by after-hours events or pre-market sessions.
  • The system posts prices only if there is a significant change from the last closed price.
  • Volatility triggers risk-management protocol when client positions may be squared off or market moves exceed a risk threshold (usually up to 5%).
  • At 10% up/down move, markets enter limit up/down state.

What will happen if I violate any term of the bonus
If the company believes a user is violating or misusing the bonus terms:
  • Cancellation of bonus and any profits earned from bonus funds immediately.
  • Removal of bonus funds, profits made using bonus funds, deduction of losses from client’s own deposited funds, followed by account closure and returning remaining funds.
  • If account balance is below starting balance, losses are deducted from deposited funds and remaining funds remitted back via original deposit method.

You can deposit and start trading only after you complete your account verification.
How can I deposit?

What’s the Maximum leverage I can trade with?
The Maximum Leverage = 1:1000 on all instruments except Crypto.
How many times can I apply for the Bonus Promotion?
There’s no limit on how many promotions you can avail. But if there is misuse of the promotion, our systems highlight it as spam and future promotions requests may or may not be accepted.
