How to Upload KYC Documents
Overview
KYC verification is mandatory before deposits, withdrawals, and trading. This article guides you through uploading all required documents.
Step 1: Access KYC Upload Section

Log in to your Member Dashboard. (Page 3 screenshot)

Go to Manage Profile → Upload Documents.
(Page 3 & 4 show the screen layout.)
Step 2: Upload Required Documents
Documents include:

Government Photo ID
(Passport, National ID, Driving License) -
Proof of Residence
(Bank Statement / Utility Bill) -
Proof of Signature
-
Debit/Credit Card Scan (if required)

Other supporting documents
Each tile has:

Choose File
-
Upload
-
View Doc (after uploading)
(Document tiles shown on Pages 3–5.)
Step 3: Submit for Verification
After uploading all documents:

Click Send Request to Verify Your Documents.

You will see confirmation:
“Your document verification request has been sent successfully.”

Status will change from Pending → Approved after compliance review.
Tips & Notes

Ensure documents are clear, uncut, and readable.
-
Proof of residence must be within last 3 months.

Card images must have first 6 and last 4 digits visible (other digits hidden).
